The conviction of Hamid Nouri is a great victory for the plaintiffs of the massacre of 1988 and other murders of the regime in prisons during the last four decades in Iran. This court and its verdict showed that the crime will never be forgotten and the criminals will not be immune from justice. Justice is waiting for them and their trial. There will be no way escaping it. The trial of Hamid Nouri was the trial of a regime whose all elements rely on murderers like Hamid Nouri and murderers like Raisi and Nayeri are still at the top on the list.

who include the leaders of various political, cultural and trade groups and despite the repression of the Islamic Republic, carry the banner of civil struggles, is very decisive in the future developments of the country. The opposition abroad should consider itself a part of the ongoing struggle, establish a mutual relationship with the people's movement and echo the voice of change

While calling on international organisations and governments in the world to condemn the barbaric Turkish aggression, we also call on the Iraqi government not to allow this criminal act pass without a diplomatic and political response worthy of the blood of the innocent people, and to ensure that Turkish attacks on Iraqi territory are not repeated.

Plus important encore, si l'acte criminel en droit européen est reconnu en tant que tel par la République islamique, alors ce projet de loi peut être compréhensible, mais l'acte reconnu par le gouvernement belge ,non seulement n'est pas un crime en République islamique mais au contraire les auteurs de tels actes peuvent être encouragés et appréciés !

The Left Party of Iran (People’s Fadaian) condemns the attack on the families of the victims of the regime's massacres in the suppression of people's protests, the arrest of "Mothers for Justice", as well as the arrest of prominent filmmakers of the country as well as political and civil activists and making false accusations and filing cases against them. 

Wir fordern die unabhängigen Vertreter, die die Menschenrechte verteidigen und internationalen Gesetze respektieren, auf, sich diesem Plan zu widersetzen, um die Freilassung der Terroristen der Islamischen Republik, einschließlich des terroristischen Diplomaten Asadullah Asadi und seiner Kollegen, zu verhindern.

The Left Party of Iran (People’s Fadaian) supports the protest gatherings on this occasion and together with all the freedom-loving forces of Iran, participates in all the gatherings that are held in protest against this action of the Belgian Parliament and calls other freedom-loving compatriots to participate in them. Together with all the opposition forces of the Islamic Republic and in solidarity with the protests of the Iranian people, we are against the passing of the "extradition of criminals" resolution in the Belgian Parliament.

We, the Six democratic republican organizations and parties, condemn all these arrests and increase in the wave of intimidation, repression and social and political restrictions in the Iranian society by the Islamic Republic. We press for the release of all political prisoners and ask all freedom-loving forces to raise their voices against the arrests and support the popular protests.

Although this bill is binding for the Belgian government, it does not create any guarantee for compliance by the Islamic Republic. The Islamic Republic does not respect accepted agreements, let alone the laws of other countries.
Most importantly, if a criminal act in European laws, is considered a crime by the Islamic Republic, then perhaps the approval of this bill is understandable, but an action that is recognized as a crime by the Belgian government is not only a crime in the Islamic Republic, but in fact it is appreciated!
