حزب کمونیست عراق خواستار همبستگی هر چه گسترده تر با مردم فلسطین برای شکست دادان

توافقات شرم آور عادی سازی با اسرائیل شد!

در یک اقدام تحقیرآمیز دیگر در روند تحقیرآمیز عادی سازی روابط با اسرائیل اشغالگر، مراسمی روز گذشته در واشنگتن دی سی برای امضا توافق نامه های عادی سازی روابط بین امارات متحده عربی (امارات) و بحرین از یک سو و اسرائیل از طرف دیگر، به ابتکار ترامپ و نتانیاهو، برگزار شد.

این اقدام پس از توافق عادی سازی ماه گذشته بین امارات و اسرائیل، با تایید آمریکا و علیرغم مخالفت گسترده صورت گرفت. هیچ پنهان نیست که زمان اعلام عادی سازی روابط بین برخی کشورهای عربی و اسرائیل، که در پشت صحنه در جریان بوده است، تحت فشار رئیس جمهور آمریکا برای اهداف انتخاباتی، بهبود موقعیت نتانیاهو که به دلیل فساد در اسرائیل تحت تعقیب قانونی قرار گرفته و دلجویی از لابی صهیونیستها در آمریکا در نظر گرفته شده است. این توافق نامه ها تاییدی است بر شریک بودن این رژیم های عربی در راستای اجرای معامله شرم آور به اصطلاح "معامله قرن" بعنوان بخشی از استراتژی امپریالیستی ایالات متحده برای تقویت سلطه خود بر منطقه خاورمیانه از طریق ایجاد اتحاد منطقه ای جدید به رهبری اسرائیل.

موضع اتحادیه عرب که در بیانیه وزرای خارجه عرب در 9 سپتامبر 2020 بیان شد و هرگونه اشاره به عادی سازی روابط اسرائیل و امارات را کاملا نادیده گرفت، در واقع چراغ سبز و پوششی سیاسی بود برای سایر کشورها که برای عادی سازی روابط با اسرائیل سر و دست می شکنند.

رسانه های کشورهای درگیر در این توافق نامه های تحقیرآمیز، این توافق نامه ها را به مثابه توافقات صلح عادلانه به تصویر می کشند که امنیت، ثبات و رفاه را برای کشورهای امضا کننده و کل منطقه به ارمغان می آورد. آنها معنای اساسی این توافق نامه ها را كه نتانیاهو به دلیل دستاورد سیاسی كه از این رهگذر به دست آورده شیفته آن می باشد را پنهان می کنند. این توافقنامه ها مبتنی بر "صلح برای صلح" است نه بر اصل "زمین برای صلح"، كه توسط اکثر جناح های جنبش ملی آزادیبخش فلسطین و همچنین توسط "ابتکار صلح عربی – Arab Peace Initiative" و قطعنامه های سازمان ملل پذیرفته شده است. طبق این توافق نامه های تحقیرآمیز، حق اسرائیل بر سرزمین هایی که از زمان تأسیس آن اشغال کرده است به رسمیت شناخته شده است. علاوه بر این، حق بازگشت آوارگان و کسانی که توسط صهیونیست ها از زمین های خود بیرون رانده شده اند، نادیده گرفته می شود. این توافق نامه ها همچنین اقدامات متجاوزانه ای را که اسرائیل علیه لبنان، سوریه و دیگر کشورهای عربی انجام داده، ظلم علیه مردم فلسطین و نقض حقوق اساسی آنها و الحاق سرزمین ها را تأیید می کند.

کلیه قطعنامه های سازمان ملل به رسمیت شناختن حقوق عادلانه مردم فلسطین را تأیید کرده و اسرائیل را ملزم به خروج از سرزمینهایی که در سال 1967 اشغال کرده است می کند.

هرگونه توافق نامه ای که مبتنی بر تضمین حقوق اساسی و مسلم مردم فلسطین بر سرزمینشان نباشد، به اشغال اسرائیل پایان ندهد و حق مردم فلسطین برای ایجاد کشور ملی مستقل خود در سرزمین فلسطین با اورشلیم به عنوان پایتخت آن را به رسمیت نشناسد را می توان فقط به عنوان یک توافق تسلیم توصیف کرد که به صراحت آرمان عادلانه ملت فلسطین و مبارزه پر از فداکاری آنها برای پایان دادن به اشغال منزجر کننده اسراییل را انکار می کند. چنین توافق نامه ای امنیت و ثبات را در منطقه به ارمغان نخواهد آورد.

برای مقابله با چنین عادی سازی سریع در مسیر مشروعیت بخشیدن به اشغال رژیم صهیونیستی تحت حمایت دولت ترامپ، که امنیت و صلح در منطقه خاورمیانه را نیز تهدید می کند، لازم است که همه نیروهای میهن پرست و آزادی خواه در کشورهای عربی انرژی های مردم خود را برای همبستگی هر چه بیشتر با مردم فلسطین بسیج کنند و از موضع واحد اعلام شده توسط سازمان ها و جناح های ملی و اقدامات مردمی آنها حمایت کنند. همچنین برای ایجاد انسداد در مسیر این طرح شرم آور و افشای اهداف آن، لازم است در اشکال گوناگون در جهت هماهنگی با مردم فلسطین اقدام شود. علاوه بر این، به شکست کشاندن این طرح نیاز به مشارکت فعال همه آزادیخواهان جهان دارد تا بتوان صدای همبستگی را رساتر کرد و خواستار اجرای قطعنامه های سازمان ملل در مورد فلسطین و پایان دادن به اشغالگری صهیونیستها شد و همچنین خواستار حق تعیین سرنوشت، بازگشت به سرزمین خود و تشکیل یک دولت مستقل فلسطین با پایتختی اورشلیم برای مردم فلسطین شد.

Iraqi Communist Party Calls for Intensified Solidarity with the Palestinian People to Defeat the Shameful Normalization Deals with Israel

A ceremony was held in Washington DC yesterday for the signing of the normalization agreements between the UAE and Bahrain on one hand and Israel on the other hand, under the auspices of Trump and Netanyahu, in another humiliating step in the humiliating process of normalization with the Israeli occupation.

This step came after the normalization agreement last month between the UAE and Israel, with American blessing, and despite widespread popular rejection. It is no secret that the timing of the announcement of the normalization of relations between some Arab countries and Israel, which had been taking place behind the scenes, came about under pressure from the US president for electoral purposes and to enhance the position of Netanyahu, who is being legally pursued for corruption in Israel, and to appease the Zionist lobby in the US. These agreements confirm the involvement of these Arab regimes in implementing the infamous so-called "Deal of the Century" as part of US imperialist strategy to enhance its hegemony over the Middle East region through the establishment of a new regional alliance led by Israel.

The Arab League’s position, expressed in the statement of Arab foreign ministers on 9 September 2020, totally disregarding any reference to Emirati-Israeli normalization, was effectively a green light and a political cover for other countries to scramble for normalization with Israel.

The misleading media of the countries involved in these humiliating agreements portray them as just peace agreements that bring security, stability and prosperity to the signatory states and to the whole region. But they conceal the fundamental meaning of these agreements which Netanyahu, who is enraptured by the political gain he has achieved, claims are based on “peace for peace”, not land for peace, which is the principle adopted by most factions of the Palestinian national liberation movement, as well as by the “Arab Initiative” and UN resolutions. According to these humiliating agreements, the right of Israel to the lands it has usurped since its establishment is recognized. In addition, the right of return for the displaced and those who were dispossessed of their lands by the Zionists is relinquished. These agreements also endorse the acts of aggression committed by Israel against Lebanon, Syria and other Arab countries, the oppression and violations against the Palestinian people and their basic rights, and the annexation of territories.

All UN resolutions have affirmed the recognition of these just rights of the Palestinian people and obligated Israel to withdraw from the territories it occupied in 1967.

Any agreement that is not based on assuring the basic and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people on their land, putting an end to the Israeli occupation and recognizing the right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent national state on the land of Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital, can only be described as a surrender agreement that blatantly denies the just cause of the Palestinian people and their struggle, that is full of sacrifices, to end the abhorrent occupation. It will not bring security and stability to the region.

Confronting these accelerated normalization steps to legitimize the Zionist occupation under the auspices of the Trump administration, which also threaten security and peace in the Middle East region, requires all patriotic and liberation forces in the Arab countries to mobilize the energies of their peoples to intensify solidarity with the Palestinian people and the unified position announced by their national organizations and factions, and support their popular initiatives. It also requires developing effective forms of coordination with them, to block the path of the shameful normalization scheme and expose its goals. In addition, defeating this scheme requires active participation with all the free people in the world in order to raise the voice of solidarity, to demand the implementation of UN resolutions on Palestine, and call for an end to the Zionist occupation and enabling the Palestinians as a people to exercise their right to self-determination, return to their homeland and establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
