کمپین توقف قتلهای ناموسی نگرانی عمیق خود را نسبت به تداوم جنگ، نقض تفاهمات و توافقهای دیپلماتیک، و ازسرگیری حملات نظامی علیه ایران اعلام میکند و هرگونه اقدام نظامی که جان انسانها، زیرساختهای حیاتی، محیط زیست و امنیت مردم را به خطر اندازد، قویاً محکوم مینماید.
ما همدردی و همبستگی عمیق خود را با تمامی قربانیان این جنگ، خانوادههای جانباختگان، مجروحان، آوارگان و مردمی که زندگی، معیشت و امنیتشان در اثر خشونت و درگیریهای نظامی آسیب دیده است، اعلام میکنیم.
ما بر این باوریم که جنگ هرگز راهحل اختلافات سیاسی نیست. تداوم درگیریهای نظامی، صرفنظر از توجیهات ارائهشده، پیامدهایی ویرانگر برای غیرنظامیان، بهویژه زنان، کودکان، سالمندان و دیگر گروههای آسیبپذیر دارد. تخریب راهها، پلها، تأسیسات آب و انرژی، مراکز درمانی، آموزشی و سایر زیرساختهای عمومی نه تنها زندگی امروز مردم را مختل میکند، بلکه آینده نسلهای بعدی را نیز با مخاطره روبهرو میسازد.
ما عمیقاً نگران پیامدهای انسانی و زیستمحیطی جنگ هستیم. آسیب به شبکههای آب و برق، تأسیسات حیاتی و خدمات عمومی، میلیونها نفر را از دسترسی به نیازهای اساسی محروم کرده و رنجی فراتر ازمیدانهای نبرد بر جامعه تحمیل میکند؛ چنانکه کمیته بینالمللی صلیب سرخ بارها هشدار داده است، حمله به زیرساختهای ضروری برای بقای غیرنظامیان میتواند آثار فاجعهباری بر زندگی مردم بر جای بگذارد. همچنین نسبت به خطرات ناشی از گسترش عملیات نظامی در خلیج فارس، دریای عمان و مناطق جنوبی ایران هشدار میدهیم؛ آلودگی آبها، آسیب به اکوسیستمهای دریایی، تخریب زیستگاههای طبیعی و تهدید تنوع زیستی، پیامدهایی فراتر از مرزهای ایران داشته و سلامت انسانها، منابع طبیعی و پایداری محیط زیست منطقه را با خطر جدی روبهرو میکند. حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه نیز دولتها و طرفهای درگیر را موظف میداند از وارد آمدن خسارات گسترده، پایدار و جبرانناپذیر به محیط زیست جلوگیری کنند.
ما یادآور میشویم که حفاظت از غیرنظامیان، مراکز درمانی، مدارس، دانشگاهها، تأسیسات آب و برق، زیرساختهای عمومی، اماکن تاریخی و محیط زیست نه یک انتخاب سیاسی، بلکه یک تعهد بنیادین حقوق بینالملل است. هرگونه حمله به اماکن غیرنظامی، مسکونی، اداری، آموزشی و درمانی، یا استفاده نظامی از این مراکز توسط هر یک از طرفهای درگیر، نقض آشکار حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه و مصداق جنایت جنگی است و باید بهصراحت محکوم شود.
ما بر این باوریم که جان، کرامت و امنیت انسانها نباید قربانی سیاستهای جنگطلبانه، ماجراجوییهای سیاسی و رقابتهای قدرت شود. ضمن تأکید بر مسئولیت جمهوری اسلامی در اتخاذ سیاستهایی که ایران را در معرض بحران، انزوا و خطر جنگ قرار داده است، حملات نظامی آمریکا و اسرائیل به خاک ایران، تداوم جنگ و هرگونه مداخله نظامی خارجی در تعیین سرنوشت ملت ایران را نیز قویاً محکوم میکنیم.
کمپین توقف قتلهای ناموسی بر حق مردم ایران برای تعیین سرنوشت خویش، حفظ صلح، رعایت حقوق بشر و گذار به دموکراسی از طریق مشارکت آزادانه و اراده شهروندان تأکید میکند و مخالفت قاطع خود را با هرگونه خشونت، جنگافروزی و راهحلهای نظامی اعلام میدارد.
ما از سازمان ملل متحد و نهادهای تخصصی آن، از جمله یونسکو، یونیسف و سازمان جهانی بهداشت، میخواهیم که برای حفاظت از غیرنظامیان، اماکن تاریخی، مدارس، دانشگاهها، بیمارستانها و سایر زیرساختهای حیاتی اقدامات فوری و مؤثر انجام دهند و از گسترش ویرانیها و خسارات انسانی جلوگیری کنند.
ما خواهان:
توقف فوری تمامی حملات نظامی و اقدامات تنشزا؛*

* پایبندی کامل همه طرفها به حقوق بینالملل و حقوق بشردوستانه؛
* حفاظت فوری و مؤثر از غیرنظامیان و زیرساختهای حیاتی؛
* انجام تحقیقات مستقل، بیطرفانه و شفاف درباره پیامدهای انسانی و زیستمحیطی جنگ؛
* جبران خسارات واردشده به مردم و محیط زیست؛
* بازگشت بیقیدوشرط به دیپلماسی و حلوفصل مسالمتآمیز اختلافات هستیم.
ما باور داریم که امنیت پایدار بر ویرانههای شهرها، نابودی زیرساختها، آلودگی دریاها، تخریب محیط زیست و رنج انسانها بنا نمیشود. جهان امروز بیش از هر زمان دیگری به صلح، مسئولیتپذیری، عدالت و احترام به کرامت انسانی نیاز دارد.

Statement of the Stop Honor Killings Campaign Condemning the Continuation of War and Military Attacks
The Stop Honor Killings Campaign expresses its deep concern regarding the continuation of war, the violation of diplomatic understandings and agreements, and the resumption of military attacks against Iran. We strongly condemn any military action that endangers human lives, critical infrastructure, the environment, and the security of civilians.
We express our profound sympathy and solidarity with all victims of this war, including the families of those killed, the injured, the displaced, and all those whose lives, livelihoods, and security have been harmed by violence and armed conflict.
We believe that war is never a solution to political disputes. The continuation of military conflict, regardless of the justifications offered, has devastating consequences for civilians, particularly women, children, older persons, and other vulnerable groups. The destruction of roads, bridges, water and energy facilities, healthcare centers, educational institutions, and other public infrastructure not only disrupts people's lives today but also jeopardizes the future of generations to come.
We are deeply concerned about the humanitarian and environmental consequences of war. Damage to water and electricity networks, vital facilities, and public services deprives millions of people of access to basic necessities and imposes suffering that extends far beyond the battlefield. The International Committee of the Red Cross has repeatedly warned that attacks on infrastructure essential for civilian survival can have catastrophic consequences for human communities.
We also warn of the serious environmental risks arising from the expansion of military operations in the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman, and the southern regions of Iran. Water pollution, damage to marine ecosystems, destruction of natural habitats, and threats to biodiversity are not merely national concerns; they may have long-term and cross-border consequences for human health, natural resources, and environmental stability throughout the region. International humanitarian law emphasizes the obligation to protect the environment during armed conflict and to prevent widespread, long-lasting, and irreversible damage to nature.
We reiterate that the protection of civilians, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, water and electricity installations, public infrastructure, historical sites, and the environment is not a political choice but a fundamental obligation under international law. Any attack on civilian, residential, administrative, educational, or medical facilities, or the military use of such sites by any party to the conflict, constitutes a clear violation of international humanitarian law and may amount to a war crime. Such actions must be unequivocally condemned.
We believe that human life, dignity, and security must not become casualties of militaristic policies, political adventurism, or power rivalries. While emphasizing the responsibility of the Islamic Republic for pursuing policies that have exposed Iran to crisis, isolation, and the risk of war, we also strongly condemn the military attacks by the United States and Israel on Iranian territory, the continuation of war, and any form of foreign military intervention in determining the future of the Iranian people.
The Stop Honor Killings Campaign reaffirms the right of the people of Iran to determine their own future, preserve peace, uphold human rights, and achieve democracy through the free participation and will of citizens. We firmly oppose all forms of violence, warmongering, and military solutions.
We call upon the United Nations and its specialized agencies, including UNESCO, UNICEF, and the World Health Organization, to take urgent and effective measures to protect civilians, historical sites, schools, universities, hospitals, and other critical infrastructure, and to prevent further destruction and human suffering.
We call for:
The immediate cessation of all military attacks and escalatory actions;
An immediate ceasefire and an end to the war;
Full compliance by all parties with international law and international humanitarian law;
Immediate and effective protection of civilians and critical infrastructure;
Independent, impartial, and transparent investigations into the humanitarian and environmental consequences of the war;
Compensation for damages inflicted upon people and the environment;
An unconditional return to diplomacy and the peaceful resolution of disputes.
We believe that lasting security cannot be built upon the ruins of cities, the destruction of infrastructure, the pollution of seas, environmental devastation, and human suffering. Today, more than ever, the world needs peace, accountability, justice, and respect for human dignity.
Silence in the face of war is silence in the face of the destruction of humanity and nature.
